We had a great stay in Chania close enough to a quiet neighbourhood, with easy access to the city centre, and a hill overlooking the town. The location was indeed exceptional, in a quiet neighborhood. Nice place to stay, we didn't want to say goodbye.

The decoration of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful combination of traditional and modern elements. The colors and fabrics used create a warm and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel, such as the pool and gardens, were very well maintained and provided a peaceful setting for relaxation. , the hotel was very accessible for senior people like myself, with well designed ramps and handrails making it easy to navigate around the property.
I would have appreciated a few more options for activities tailored specifically for senior people. While the children working there were incredibly helpful and friendly, it would have been nice to have activities or amenities specifically aimed at ensuring a better vacation experience for seniors.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Pefki in Chania, Crete, chosen by my director for a business trip. The apartment I stayed in, Apartment 3, was an excellent choice for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The spacious layout and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchenette was a great convenience, allowing me to prepare my own meals whenever I wanted. The highlight, however, was the stunning balcony with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the sparkling sea below. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of meetings, enjoying a glass of wine as the sun set. it was a truly pleasant experience.
If I had to point out a minor issue, it would be that the early morning sun streamed through the window cracks, waking me up earlier than desired.

The one-bedroom apartments at Villa Pefki, nestled in a peaceful garden, provide the perfect environment for a tranquil and rejuvenating getaway. I loved waking up to the soothing sounds of nature and feeling completely at ease during my stay. As honeymooners, we couldn't have asked for a better experience than the unique split-level apartment offered by Villa Pefki. The romantic atmosphere and cozy ambiance made our stay truly memorable. Privacy was definitely a priority for Villa Pefki, as all apartments are designed to give guests their own personal space. It was wonderful to have our own little retreat where we could unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The breathtaking views of the magnificent White Mountains from all the apartments added an extra touch of beauty to our stay. It was truly a treat to wake up to such a stunning sight every morning.
Personally, I found one feature slightly less appealing than the rest - the distant White Mountains. While others may find them awe-inspiring, I didn't feel as connected to them as I did with the other aspects of the stay.

The Thea Suite, with its elevated bedroom and huge terrace, provided the perfect space for our large family. We couldn't get enough of the stunning views of the mountains, sea, and Chania in the distance. The cleanliness of the apartment and the regular maid service impressed us. The pool area, surrounded by pine trees and beautiful gardens, was idyllic and spacious. The warm welcome we received from Marily, who shared helpful information about local restaurants, beaches, and attractions, made our family feel right at home. We truly enjoyed exploring the charming streets and restaurants of the Old Town of Chania, adding even more joy to our family adventure.
My wife says that it would have been great if some basic breakfast items like bread, eggs, milk, tea, and coffee were provided for the first morning before we were able to shop.

The property surrounds were absolutely stunning, with a peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views. The host was incredibly welcoming and even treated us to delicious coffee and a delightful bottle of wine upon arrival. The split level apartment we stayed in, Thea Suite, was simply beautiful, with a spacious terrace offering jaw-dropping vistas of the mountains, the sea. The cleanliness was impeccable, thanks to the maid service twice a week. The pool area was also fantastic, surrounded by charming gardens and citrus trees. The location slightly outside the city allowed for a true escape, while still being within reach with a short taxi ride. The helpful tips provided by our host made our exploration of nearby attractions, beaches, and restaurants an absolute pleasure. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hidden gem and would love to return one day!

We had an amazing time in our cozy apartment. the bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook simple meals. the best part was definitely the lovely outdoor space where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views. the location was perfect, with a quiet atmosphere and easy access to the city center.
Although we had a great experience overall, there were a couple of downsides. the kitchen equipment was limited, which might be an issue if you're a gourmet cook.

My partner and I absolutely loved our week stay at Villa Pefki. The owner, Marily, was on hand to welcome us and provided a free bottle of wine, which was a lovely gesture. The flat we rented had a wonderful view of the swimming pool and everything inside was clean and neat. The location was perfect for us, slightly outside of town, offering a real escape from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the pool area, which was always spacious and often we had it completely to ourselves. Marily was friendly and very helpful, offering local tips and even helping us with taxis and providing extra time for us to enjoy the pool on our last day. I would definitively recommend this place to stay.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
